WhiteBeard wishes you pleasant and joyful Christmas and New Year holidays. We’re glad to announce that starting today, we’ll be sending out a monthly newsletter informing you of the latest changes to our flagship products and our latest events. You’ll receive valuable information on new features you can use in our CMS. If you don’t wish to get these e-mails, it’s okay – just unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of the e-mail, but Santa won’t pass by you this year!

Our CMS is getting better every day

We are rolling out new features on a constant basis – available immediately to all our clients. What’s new in the December 2017 update:

• Create Wizard: an easier way to create all types of content from blank-template articles, quizzes, live blogs, polls, and more. You’ll be able to embed content into articles much faster.
• Photo library: Get access to all the photos used on the CMS and re-use them in new articles.
• AI tagging: Our CMS just got smarter! With Artificial Intelligence technology embedded in our image processing, we now automatically tag your images with keywords. Contact your account manager to enable this feature.
• Favorites: You can “star” your favorite categories from the categories list in the Articles menu, and you’ll be able to access them from the menu and the dashboard easily. We also track your categories usage and suggest adding your most-used categories to your favorites. But that’s not all – you will also see your most used categories in the article editor page so that you can quickly and easily select them.
• All-new Quiz Creator: creating quizzes is now easier and faster. 
• Better access control: Give permissions to users by category or by category type. You’ll be able to restrict work to certain individuals to a subsite or product.

WhiteBeard participates in WAN-IFRA DCX in Berlin

For the first time, we participated in the Digital Content Expo held by WAN-IFRA every year. Our team was present in Berlin between October 10-12, and showcased our Content Management System and Video on Demand system to more than 5,000 professional visitors. This conference, targeted at newspapers and publishers, brings them together with experts and suppliers from around the world. Our products were part of the guided tours operated by WAN-IFRA. We’ll be posting more about this on our web site.
