You can request to delete data collected about you and your organization from all our servers and any data processors connected to our systems. By doing so, you effectively terminate the services that depend on your data. Any ongoing billable contracts will remain in effect as per their terms. We may retain information in our accounting systems as per local regulations.

Our support team may request additional information to process your request due to the complexity of systems. Your deletion request will be attended to within 2 business days, and the deletion process could take up to 1 week.
